Dr. Nick Campbell, DVM

I had a lot of odd pets growing up. It started with two tadpoles – Garfield and Odie. Later, I added fish, mice, and hamsters. In high school I got my first cat. These experiences helped me develop my appreciation for the positive effects animals have, regardless of their size, on our lives. It clearly made an impact. Today, I am proud to have been a practicing veterinarian since 2014. I’m excited to continue my career here at the Goodfriends Veterinary Clinic.

A Massachusetts native, I graduated from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT then earned my veterinary degree from the Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. It was a lot of work and I’d do it again. It’s an honor to be able to practice veterinary medicine. As pets have become more important parts of our families, it’s humbling to be able to work with clients and their animal companions.

My special professional interests include preventative care, soft tissue surgery, and abdominal ultrasonography. Away from the clinic I enjoy hiking, biking, volleyball and playing the guitar (rock and roll). I currently live in Hebron with my wife, cats and a dog.
