For all appointments: Please call the office (860)739-4637, upon your arrival into the parking lot. A technician will speak with you over the phone about your pet and reason for the appointment. Then the technician will come outside and escort your animal into the building. Please allow a safe distance between yourself and our staff in the spirit of safety. While your pet is being examined, we ask that you remain in your car. Feel free to pull up to the curb for drop-offs and pick-ups, as needed. Once the doctor has performed the physical exam, he/she will call you to discuss your pet’s recommended treatment plan. Once the appointment is completed, payment will be taken over the phone, and a staff member will bring your pet and your receipt to your car.
For purchases of medications/food/products: We ask that you please call ahead to request what you need. We will take payment over the phone, and you will be able to pick up your order curbside. Your items will be labeled and ready for pickup outside our front door. Please keep in mind that companies are taking longer than usual to deliver certain products, foods and medications. For this reason, please call well in advance if you need something, so that you do not run out. As the warmer weather approaches, please be sure to protect your pets from heartworm disease, fleas, and ticks. If you are in need of preventative products, please call our office.
